James launched his career with Wilkens Weather in 1997 after graduating from Texas A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology in 1996. James became interested in weather occurrences while growing up in Colorado and during college worked for the National Weather Service in Brownsville, Tx. Today, his work helps offshore workers determine how weather conditions will affect operations. The services he provides to Wilkens Weather clients include forecasting winds and waves, and temperatures.
